Terms of service

Custom art:

All custom sales are final and project must be fully paid for to secure slot in queue. Customs are done in the order they are secured by payment. Please allow 2-4 weeks average for creation of the piece (times may vary, especially in late fall/early winter). Foxy will provide photos of work for final approval prior to shipping. There will be a maximum of two correction phases without additional charge. A surcharge of $10 per alteration beyond this will be added and must be paid prior to shipping. Will be mailed with tracking number as soon as possible following approval. Foxy has the right to refuse a custom project if the subject photos are of insufficient quality to be able to paint the pet/animal accurately.
